Award Description: Furnish all Architectural and Engineering Services as required for an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity Fixed price Type Contract at various locations with VA Criteria. Individual Task Orders will be issued for all work under this contract and shall not include construction services.
Project Description: Design to modernize the Admitting Area of the VA Manhattan ER and Updgrade the HVAC System. Design the Renovation of the VA Brooklyn Mental Health Deficiencies Building and the VA Manhattan Mental Health Deficiencies Building. Design the Renovation of VA Brooklyn Dermatology Building and the Radiology Holding Unit. Design the Renovation of the VA Northport Dialysis. Provide A/E Services to renovate the 13th floor of the East Orange VA Medical Center. Design services for the VA Bronx Facility Management Service Center, Nutrition Hospitality Center, and Radiation therapy renovation. Design the Pallative Care Unit for St. Albans Va Medical Center and Design to replace the roof of building B91. Design the relocation of the Northport VA Sleep Lab. Design renovation of the VA Brooklyn 15E16W Mental Health Unit. Design Interior upgrades for VA Montrose and Castle Point Centers. Designing the renovation of 3 Units at VA Northport.
