Project Description: Full year part day handicapped training and technical assistance. Installation of child sinks in 6 classrooms to provide teachers the ability to serve children more efficiently according to the performance standards. Replaced old fence on playground that was no longer repairable. Replaced 27 windows that could no longer be opened and were falling apart. Provided Training to Family Advocate Staff and Education Staff. Purchased new tables for lunchroom. Awarded COLA.
Infrastructure Description: 6 child size sinks in classrooms to provide teachers ability to comply with performance standards. 27 new windows to replace old windows that could not be opened and were falling apart and leaking. Replace old worn out fence on playground that could no longer be repaired and would soon not be able to pass licensing standards.
Jobs Summary: No jobs were created or retained. We did add .11 FTE's by increasing the number of weeks for the year that our employees worked. Four managers worked in total 14 additional weeks, 1 custodian worked an additional 4 weeks, and 30 Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers worked an additional week of pre-service. This reduced the number of weeks thay were receiving unemployment. (Total jobs reported: 0)
