Award Description: Conduct modernization of elderly public housing units. Replacement of front entrance doors with Energy Star rated doors; painting of occupied units at elderly units, replacement of carpet at occupied units. Result in energy efficeincy in replacing doors, enhanced living and cleanliness with changing of aging carpet and painting.
Project Description: Project includes the general repainting and carpeting of 24 occupied on bedroom elderly apartments. The project includes the replacement of 24 Steel Masonite exterior entrance doors which are Energy Star rated.
