Award Description: Furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to install a new solar grid system for Building 16. Furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to install new lights in the maintenance bay of Building 16. Furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to install new boilers with associated piping and controls for Building 16. Furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to provide new air handling units and condensing units for the West side HVAC system at Building 16. Furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to retrofit the Automated Logic controls to update the network communication system for fiber optic data transfer. We will supply and install the control components, switches,and converters. This will bring the controls and communication hardware up to the technology level necessary to meet the new base system communication requirements. We include CISCO fiber switch, fiber converter, fiber patch cords, component installation, engineering changes, and startup.
Project Description: Solar grid system has been installed and is complete. New lights in the maintenance bay have been installed and are complete. The Boilers are installed. The pipe insulation, labeling, vents, flues, and startup are still required to be done. The West side HVAC (AHU's and condensing units) are installed. The startup, test and balancing are still required to be done. The retrofit of the Automated Logic controls to update the network communication system for fiber optic data transfer is complete. The control work for the boilers and West side HVAC systems are approximately 80% complete.
