Award Description: The funds will be utlilized for the prevention of homelessness and the re-housing of the homeless, through financial assistance, relocation and stabilization services, data collection and evaluation. Using existing available data and the expertise of the agencies which already serve the targeted population,'need' clusters have been established to allocate the funding and coordination among partner non profit providers. Families in Crisis and the Housing/Homeless Continuum are the lead clusters and deal with the population targeted under HPRP.
Project Description: The county received 7 applications for funding which totalled $2,159,796. These applications included data collection and evaluation, and housing inspections. These projects and eligible activities have been approved by the County Board. Sub-recipients agreements have been executed.
