Award Description: The CDBG-R Grant is intended to be used for hard development costs associated with infrastructure activities that provide basic services to residents or activities that promote energy efficiency and conservation through rehabilitation or retrofitting of existing buildings.
Project Description: The City of Sioux City has identified infrastructure/public improvements that will be completed with CDBG-R Fund. Additionally, properties have been identified that will be repaired as part of the Elderly/Disabled Emergency Repair Program.
