Project Description: Quarterly Activities The City completed a request for qualification process to establish a residential contractors and inspector pool. The City contracted the administration and implementation of housing rehabilitation activities to Community Redevelopment Associates of Florida, Inc. to implement the housing rehabilitation program and to ensure compliance with the CDBG-R program requirements. Housing Rehabilitation This activity will provide non - luxury home repair improvements to eligible low to moderate income households (80% AMI or less). Eligible repairs will address energy efficiency/ water conservation improvements and/or home minor home repairs that address health and safety of household occupants. This project will be carried out on a City-wide basis. This activity is eligible under 24 CFR section 570.202(a), and will directly benefit low and moderate income persons as qualified under 570.208 (a) (3) Housing Activities. Budget: $68,665.00 to assist approximately 6 to 7 units. Administration This activity will provide for administrative duties relative to general management, oversight, coordination and implementation of the CDBG program. This activity is assumed to benefit low and moderate income persons and is eligible under 24 CFR, Section 570.206. Budget: $7,628
