Award Description: CDBG-R funds
Project Description: Correcting report submitted as contract. CDBG-R funds will be utilized to partially fund infrastructure improvements for a project known as Hanford Nazarene. Said improvements will result in 14 new homes being constructed, 10 of which will be sold to very low to moderate income buyers.
Jobs Summary: This project has resulted in engineering services being solicited. One (1) land surveyor and one (1) engineer assistant has been retained for this project. An infrastructure contractor was retained resulting in ten (10) equipment operators working on the project thus far. A masonry company has also been retained, resulting in twelve (12) masons working at the project locations. (Total jobs reported: 24)
