Award Description: The A-E shall take redesigned polygons and perform all re-analyses that are required to determine the number of takes that will potentially be impacted by the actions. Minimization efforts the installation may employ consist of, but are not limited to, adding or deleting projects from the project list, new polygons, re-drawn polygons. The contractor shall assist the installation with the minimization efforts as required. This process will continue throughout the duration of the preparation of the preliminary draft, draft and preliminary final BA up until such a time that accepting changes will adversely impact the overall project schedule. The A-E contractor shall review projects that were analyzed in the BRAC/Transformation 05 Biological Assessment and determine if the submitted project designs warrant re-analyses of those projects. If the designs or impacts have changed significantly, those projects will be added to the project list for this BA after approval by Army.
