Award Description: Highway Infrastructure Investment Grant: Mandatory Transportation Enhancements

Project Description: This project is a transportation enhancement in Baldwin County. Phase II of the Milledgeville downtown streetscape proposes to construct new sidewalks, ADA compliant access, new and reconstructed street planters and install landscaping and period lighting along Wayne Street.
