Award Description: Replace old, outdated, and more recent, high=water usage (one-gallon or more) urinals and flush valves with new, one-pint flush urinals with sensor0controlled flush valves. Also replace existing, deteriorated, oudated lighting gixtures with new, utilizing fixtures equipped with the latest lighing technologies.
