Award Description: The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 Funding Opportunity for State Primary Care Offices will allow for the retention of 0.50 FTE to carry out duties directly in support of workforce development for the National Health Service Corps and Safety Net/Health Center Community. as this a a part-time position with the State of Idaho (averaging 26.5 hours a week), 0.50 FTE represents 75% of this person's compensated time. Additionally, 1.47% of the Program Manager's time will be supported for the additional duties associated with the increased application review and technical assistance duties as the National Health Service Corps doubles the participants in the Loan Repayment Program. Recruitment and retention activities to support the health care safety net are outlined in the application.
