Award Description: The objectives of this task order are as follows: a. Satisfy USAID?s needs for a robust architecture for the future; b. Obtain highly trained and experienced enterprise and system architecture support to design the architecture and assist in many phases of IT management and information systems solutions.
Project Description: The scope of this task order is to: a. Provide senior level strategy, planning, and management support; b. Provide enterprise and system architectural support; c. Provide for configuration management support at the CIO level; d. Provide project management support for development and integration projects; e. Provide for configuration management support at the division level; f. Provide for testing support services at the division level; g. Provide for test scheduling and coordination activities and for lab operations support; h. Provide for earned value and performance-based management support; i. Provide system integration support at the division level; j. Provide system requirements and system solution support for individual projects; k. Provide for organizational change management and business process reengineering support to the division and projects; and l. Provide ad hoc support consistent with the work identified in the task order.
