Award Description: Replace 61 furnances with 95% high efficent furnances & Air conditioning. Replace lighting with CFL in 116 units. This will be more energy efficent for the tenant on the electric & heating bills. The furnances wiil save up to 37% in the heating season and a savings of $632 in the cooling season. The lighting will save the tenant about $340 a year.
