Award Description: The Franklin County Consolidated Housing Authority is recieving funds under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Public Housing Capital Fund Program. These funds will be utilized in the construction of 8 additional public housing units to be located on a single site in Winchester, TN. This work is currently in design and is anticipated to be advertised for bids within one month. This project will provide jobs for Construction contractors, tradesmen, laborers.
