Award Description: Conduct modernization activities at Public Housing developments.This funding can be expected to result in providing employment for architects and engineers, construction workers and product manufacturers. In addition this funding can be expected to substantially modernize public housing units in this jurisdiction.
Project Description: Project includes the general renovation of 8 public housing sites encompassing 128 units. Activities include the replacement of energy efficient roofing on units at 2 sites and energy efficient door replacement on 6 sites.
