Award Description: The award will allow the prinicipal investigating laboratory to determine the potential use of the engineered mouse models for their utility in pre-clinical studies utilizing pharmacological agents. In addition, the award will also assist in the generation of phenotypic outcome measures that can be used in these models to quantitatively assess functional improvement or decline over time.
