Award Description: This work is to furnish all design, labor, equipment, material and incidentals to repair and modernize Buildings 580, 581 and 584 spaces to comply with BEQ construction standards as outlined in MIL-HDBK 1036A for transient personnel, new interior/exterior doors with card system and to meet the velocity and IBC 2003 minimum design category 'D' requirements. This procurement is set-aside for 8(a) firms certified for participation in the 8(a) program serviced by the 8(a) SBA Hawaii District Office.
Project Description: Complete design, plans and specifications for structural, mechanical, civil, architectural and electrical is at 4.72% of the total contract amount, and mobilization at .0009% for the fabrication and erection of temporary fence wooden support to orange plastic fence, site office placement and install project signage.
