Award Description: Environmental assessment and groundwater study for five (5) leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites in Mississippi.
Project Description: The assessment project is complete. Three of the five sites had gasoline contamination in the soil and/or groundwater at levels above MDEQ action levels. The sites are in Greenville, Clarksdale and Delta City. The assessment recommended additional assessment work to delineate the contaminate plumes.
