Award Description: Purchase & install Mini-Co-Generation unit at Bay Village Public housing development to satisfy electrical, HW, heat and refrigeration needs while taking advantage of neighborhood hot water 'demand-generators' to produce feasible and beneficial small scale co-generation options and green jobs for New Bedford, MA. Provide (sell) HW to nearby non-profit New Bedford YMCA at rates lower than beig paid now.
