Award Description: The Salem District Office windows and skylights are leaking and cracked and the obselete revolving door at the main entry needs to be removed and the entrance redesigned to be more energy efficient and functional. This work involves studies for replacing the windows and skylights and designing a new entry. Construction documents will be provided for windows and skylights. The results of this work will be a more energy efficient building requiring less maintenance.
