Award Description: Replace roofs on units in Franklin Courts, repair and replace curbs and sidewalks, rehabilitate tenant apartments and elevators.
Project Description: New Wave Construction has replaced roofs on 12 of the 15 buildings that have been identified for the project. J&D Hudson has completed the replacement of the damaged curbs and sidewalks.
Jobs Summary: The roofing project has preserved the jobs of 4 full time roofers, 4 half time roofers and 2 full time laborers for a total of 8 FTE. The sidewalk and curb project has preserved the jobs of 2 full time masons. (Total jobs reported: 2)
