Project Description: purchase a new IH 2009 ,3000gal,pumper tankerfire apparatus-this truck is needed to replace an older model that is leaking and beyond repair.The existing truck was a home made tank placed on an old chassis. this truck water capacity is necessary to maintain the current ISO rating and povide effectve service
