Award Description: A-E Services for the major renovation of the National Agricultural Utilization Research Center to address deferred maintenance of critical mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and incidental repairs (Phase 3 and 4). Modification No 03 is being issued to Incorporate Bid Phase, and Construction Management Services for Phases 3 & 4.
Project Description: Work activities for this latest quarter have principally involved pre-design and design services included survey, field validation of existing site conditions, data collection, review and evaluation. This information was then utilized to update the design documents to be utilized in the construction of the facility renovation. Design documents including drawing specifications and cost estimates were then revised and updated and prepared for solicitation release scheduled for late September 2009.
