Award Description: ARRA COLA & Quality Improvement COAL to improve salaries and Quality control to add 4 Family Advocates to staff and staff development for all staff. This includes providing CDA for paraprofessionals.
Project Description: Staff Development activities of having a speaker in for all staff. Also sending staff to get parent training.We have hired of one the four people. COLA to use to replace what increases have already given.
