Award Description: ARRA COLA and Quality Funds will be used to increase the compensation and benefits of staff through a cost of living adjustment to improve the overall quality of the program and provide professional development to Grantee and Delegate staff on Dual Language Learners (DLL) to improve staff qualifications.
Project Description: Salary increases were applied to all staff starting July 1, 2009. DUAL Language training with Dr. Robert Stechuk on August 26-27, 2009 for the Grantee and Delegate staff.
