Project Description: Purposes: Create 3 new Child Counselor positions to meet the mental health needs of Head Start children and families; create 1 new Bilingual Teacher Aide position to meet the dual language needs of children whose home language is Spanish; create 1 new Early Head Start Education Specialist position to provide curriculum and programming support to primary caregivers (teachers) in Early Head Start classrooms.
