Award Description: Construction Management Services for the High Performance Green Building at the Thomas Eagleton Federal Courthouse.CM Services include attending Design Review meetings (kick-off, 50%, 95% and 100%); Provide cost estimate reconciliation between the A/E and CMc estimates at all design milestones; Lead and document reconciliation meetings; Provide general reviews all A/E submittals with comments; Provide review of CMc provided materials (e.g. schedules) with comments; Negotiate final fixed firm price on behalf of GSA with CMc. High Performance Green Building at the Eagleton Building Upgrade lighting controls; Install dimming ballasts; Install occupancy sensors; Relamp light fixtures from 32w to 28w; Replace stairwell lighting; Install harmonic cancelation transformers; Provide separate cooling system for elevator machine rooms; Upgrade EMCS; Reduce building air infiltration; Install window film; Install VFD's to cooling tower fans; Optimization of domestic water booster pump system.
Project Description: Attended the Design Kickoff meeting; the Long Lead meeting; the Air Infiltration meetings for 95% Design Review and 100% Design Review;the Air Infiltration Cost Reconciliation Meeting; A/E working on Final Design document for Air Infiltration and 50% Design for the balance of the work; GSA awarded CMa contract; and CMa project initiation was set up during this quarter.
