Award Description: The first portion of the project was to study the Kinneary Federal Courthouse in Columbus, OH for potential Energy Conservation Measures (ECM'S). The second portion of the project is to design energy conservation measures that can be implemented into the facility to help reduce the energy usage.

Project Description: We have completed the study to determain the ECM's for the courthouse. We have also completed approximately 20% of the design documents and have sent them into GSA on 10/5/09 for their review.
