Award Description: The first portion of the project was to assess the building with the aid of a previous recommissioning study and make final recommendation for energy conservation measures (ECM's) to implement. The second half of the project was to prepare design documents that can be bid by contractors to implement the work.
Project Description: We have completed the study to determain the ECM's and have completed 75% of the design documents.
