Award Description: This report is composed of two modifications. The first modification incorporates additional design phase services for the first floor window replacement, fire and life safety code upgrades, new fire pump and emergency generator, as well as clauses as required by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The second modification was completed in full and included the topographic survey of the building perimeter in both hard copy and electronic format for incorporation into the project. This information was used to ensure ADAAG compliance with the perimeter work.
