Award Description: ARRA Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA), and Quality Improvement Funding consistent with the provisions of Section 640(a)(5) of the Head Start Act
Project Description: Project Description : ARRA COLA and Quality Funds will be used to: Increase the compensation and benefits of staff through a cost of living adjustment to improve the overall quality of the program. Quarterly Activities: All staff received a cost of living adjustment effective August 1, 2009.
