Award Description: The scope of work for this project will consist of Between-Occupancy Super Preventive Maintenance Work. This will include but not limited to the repair/replace/repaint/clean of metal doors/frames, ceiling tiles, floors and walls in the dorm rooms, corridors, stairwells, laundry, day rooms, entrance areas and Core areas. CQ desks will be replaced with similar in P-4432. All major construction materials used in the construction process must meet Government specifications and be approved by the JOC personnel. As part of this process a 'submittal process is in place. All materials that have not been used previously must be submitted via manufacturer cut-sheets. Previously approved materials need only be identified in a letter stating their intended use.
