Award Description: WEST VIRGINIA DRINKING WATER REVOLVING FUND ARRA GRANT: This agreement provides funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to the State of West Virginia to capitalize its revolving loan fund for the financing of the construction of drinking water facilities, green infrastructure, program administration and drinking water related activities. The primary purposes of the agreement are to: preserve and create jobs and promote economic recovery through the investment in infrastructure projects that will provide long term public health and economic benefits. This award includes $250,000 of EPA in-kind assistance.
