Award Description: This award provides stimulus funding to the City of St. Paul for clean up of hazardous substance contaminants at the Bruce Vento Interpretive Center site. During the life of the project, the City of St. Paul will carry out community involvement activities to encourage redevelopment of the site such that the future reuse of the property will create/retain jobs and does not pose a threat to human health and the environment.

Deliverables: carry out community involvement activities; hire consultant to provide testing, analysis and management of cleanup process; conduct site cleanup; manage grant.
