Award Description: The Recipient will use the ARRA funds to address the removal of hazardous natural fuels in the Bannock Peak are of the Fort Hall Indian Reservation, located in southeast Idaho. The project will call for the hiring of five sawyers for two seasons to reduce dead and dying vegetation, and making the downed trees available to tribal members as a source of fuel for personal use.
