Award Description: Onsite construction inspection, special inspections, administration of the constructioin contract, office services and site visits. The NAMA 128232 construction contract consists of emergency repairs to significant structural and historic elements at the Jefferson Memorial, within West PotomacPpark, Washington, DC. The CM firm shall perform the following services, completely and in conformity with the criteria, schedules, and requirements of applicable Articles in this Call Order. On-site Construction Inspection - one full-time (40) hours per week - Lead CMR and One part-time - 12 hours per week Assistant CMR, and one part-time - 32 hours per week construction inspector during the performance of the construction contract (540 calendar days). Also anticipated to be included are some office services which will be required for the purpose of coordinating the work and/or assisting the COR in resolving project issues. Deliverables will include: Reports, reviews, evaluations, design work, etc. Site visits will be included by the CM Project manager for the purpose of performing specialized inspections, coordinating work and/or milestone or to perform other mutually agreed upon work. Deliverables include: Report on findings, results and recommendations of the inspection, meeting or other work as detailed in the Standard Communication form. the report shall be prepared within 5 working days of performing the site visit.
