Award Description: Amendment to 2008 Essex County Action Plan to be used for hard development costs associated with infrastructure activities that provide basic services to residents or activites that promote energy efficiency and conservation through rehabilitation or retrofitting or existing buildings.
Project Description: Contracts have been entered into, environmental reviews have been performed, bid specifications have been approved. A public notice of Finding of No Significant Impact has been published and a Request for the Release of Funds is pending. Upon release of funds, pre-construction conferences will be held an construction will commence soon thereafter.
