Award Description: Awards are to Urban County cities for ADA curb ramps and the installation of an HVAC system at a community center. These projects goals are to complete the activity by June 30, 2010. County projects include the rehabilitation of two housing projects - one permanent and the other transitional. The rehabilitation of the permanent project should be completed by June 2010. The transitional project will be completed in December 2010. The third County project is for design and engineering work on a street improvement project within the unincorporated county. The goal for this project is the pre-development work to be completed by June 2010. Street improvements will start in July 2010.
Project Description: Projects have not started. Contracts have been completed. ADA curb ramps are in the process of going out to bid and getting Davis-Bacon wage determinations.
