Award Description: A/E Services under ARRA Limbaugh Courthouse Mech & Arch. include: Provide HVAC modifications to the existing atrium. This work will be the base bid for the construction contract; Provide Pyramic or similar coating to the entire roof at the Courthouse; Provide heat rejection loop for existing server and data communication rooms; Provide photovoltaic system to be installed on the roof of the Courthouse.
