Award Description: The primary purpose of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the United States Custom House in Philadelphia. This will be accomplished on the exterior through the introduction of new energy efficient windows, masonry repairs, and energy efficient roofing. On the interior, new energy saving boilers will replace existing outdated boilers. This project will produce design drawings and specifications for the project. It is anticipated construction will begin March of 2010.
Project Description: 90% od Design Drawings are complete and being reviewed by GSA. Current activities primarily consist of quality control and quality assurance to have 100% of projects documents ready for release by the end of October, 2009
