Award Description: Replacement of the existing dock systems at Smith, Brush and Sinclair Lakes with new commercially supplied low maintenance dock systems. Project is located on the Bonners Ferry Ranger District of the Idaho Panhandle National Forests. Consultant will develop design alternatives, perliminary design and a final design to include a final set of contract drawings with cover sheet, summary of estimated quantities sheet, general notes, pictures of existing structure to be removed, design and construction details for the new shoreline fixed piers, gangways and floating dock systems and any miscellaneous details associated with the project. PS&E package will include special project specifications and be tailored for contractors to bid over winter without access to the lake sites.
