Award Description: ARRA funding for the Older Workers Program under the Department of Labor/Employment and Training Administration which provides stimulus funding to provide additional part-time emplyment under a stipend program for low income persons age 55 and over. The goal is to place these 22 targeted individuals into unsubsidized employment.
