Award Description: 'RECOVERY: Using ARRA Funds to Improve Water Quality on Tribal Lands .
Project Description: Held a kick off and periodic planning call with WAM and EPA staff. Identified a facilitator. Attended a site visit at one possible federal meeting space in Las Vegas, NV and provided the WAM with photos and notes on the space. Researched non-federal meeting room options and provided a matrix of options to the WAM. Developed meeting graphics (i.e., two designs to be used on signage and other printed materials). Developed and submitted draft meeting milestones. Selected and obtained a contract with the facility for the November meeting. Developed draft and final logistics sheets and submitted those to the WAM. Formatted the draft agenda. Formatted a PowerPoint presentation on the Oversight Protocol for the meeting. Prepared the monthly progress reports. Broken down by TASKS: Under task 0 - Work Assignment Management - Prepared the monthly progress report and weekly cost and level of effort expenditure reports for financial tracking and to support preparation of the monthly progress report. Task 1 - Work plan & Cost estimate - Submitted WP and Cost Estimate. Task 2 - No activity. Task 3 - Meeting to share approaches and improve collaboration - Held a kcik off call with WAM and EPA Staff and participated in one planning call. Attended a site visit at one possible federal meeting space in Las Vegas, NV and provided the WAM with photos and ntoes on the space. Researched non-federal meeting room options to the WAM. Provided 3 subsequent revisions. Began to develop meeting graphics (i.e. two designs to be used on signage and other printed materials). Developed and submitted draft meeting milestones. No difficulties encountered during reporting period.
