Award Description: Project Management support, including but not limited to, providing the following support for overarching services: develop and maintain a Work Breakdown Structure/Project Plan encompassing all tasks using PMBOK best practices; provide logistics support for meeting scheduling, meeting coordination, action item tracking; implement methods to measure performance and results; develop and implement a Quality Control Plan; provide ad hoc organization reporting support. This is included within the provision of quality professional contractor support for the CFO on the assessment of new technology impacts on DOE programs, analysis of program risks and uncertainties and assessment of DOE energy portfolio investment decisions.
Project Description: Assistance in development & coordination of DOE-specific Recovery Plans and Project Operating Plans. Meeting supportfor internal DOE Recovery-related activities.
