Award Description: Floors, HVAC, Latrines at Bldg 374 Provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to repair Floors, HVAC, Latrines in Building 374 at Langley AFB. The main scope of work includes, but is not limited to, shotblasting or grinding the existing hangar floor and provide a thin coat epoxy chemical resistant (CRU) flooring. The demolition and removal of exisiting boiler and related mechanical equipment and then installing new radiant gas heat. Demolition of existing bathroom and office facilities and upgrading existing bathrooms and office space. Installing new HVAC system and providing several electrical upgrades in the hangar area. The results will be renovated office space including men and women's bathrooms with showers and a new Epoxy chemical resistant floor system for the wash rack area in the hangar.
