Jobs Summary: Booz Allen has not included any calculation of the jobs created or retained by Recovery Act funds for this contract in this report because Booz Allen has neither invoiced the government nor received any Recovery Act funds under such contract. Under Section 1512 of the Recovery Act and FAR 52.204-11, reporting is required by federal contractors that have submitted an invoice for work funded by the Recovery Act, which, again, is not yet the case with this contract. For contracts where Booz Allen has invoiced the government for Recovery Act funds, the firm has filed all required reports containing all required information. Booz Allen is filing this report at this time at the request of, and as an accommodation to, the agency because the agency has recently awarded work to Booz Allen that is wholly or partially funded by the Recovery Act and the agency desires that the firm submit a report regarding that contract action. As required by law and its contract with the agency, Booz Allen will report figures for the jobs created and retained due to Recovery Act funding for the referenced contract in subsequent reporting periods once the firm has invoiced for Recovery Act funds.
