Award Description: ARRA Cost of Living (COLA) and quality improvement finding consistent with the provisions of Section 640(a)(5) of the Head Start Act,

Project Description: Arra Cola and quality funds will be used to: hire one full time Family Service Worker, Provide professioanl developemnt to teaching staff and family service workers to improve staff qualifications, and increase the compensation and benefits of staff through a cost of living adjustmnet to improve overall quality of the program. The FSW was hired, a trainig has been scheduled for family service workers and teachers, and staff received a cost of living adjustment effective 08/01/2009.
