Award Description: ARRA Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) and Quality Improvement Funding consistent with the provisions of Section 640(1)(5) of the Head Start Act
Project Description: COLA has been given to staff to enhance their salaries. The rates are COLA of 3.06% and ARRA of 1.84%. Computers have been purchased for the classrooms to allow the classrooms to be web based connected.
