Award Description: The City of Diamond Bar's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) will fund several projects including a solar photovoltaic system at the Diamond Bar Center and energy efficient lighting at two park facilities. The City expects that EECBG funding will produce energy efficiencies at City facilities and a corresponding reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
Project Description: Although the City has not commenced any EECBG Projects to date, it is anticipated that projects will begin the last quarter of the 2009 calendar year. Expected results and significant deliverables will be outlined in subsequent reports.
